This hardback coloring book features vintage botanical illustrations taken from the world-leading archives at The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew.

Containing more than 70 images to color in, this coloring book is the perfect gift for enthusiasts of this pastime or for those off on their travels and in need of a handy-sized coloring fix. Each line artwork is shown opposite the original full-colored image, so readers can follow exactly the colors of the real plant, or, if they prefer, they can let their imaginations run wild and just create a plant that is all their own invention.

The artworks have been selected from the archives of Curtis's Botanical Magazine, which is the oldest surviving periodical devoted to botany and which uses original, specially created botanical art. The magazine is published by The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, where the archives of the magazine are held.
